§ 96.21 RENTAL FEES.
   (A)   The following fees shall be charged for the use of these facilities:
      (1)   Old Town Hall: $250
      (2)   Municipal Building: $150
      (3)   Picnic Shelter & Grounds: $250
      (4)   Downtown Village Park: $250
      (5)   Non-refundable Maintenance Fee: $150
   (B)   The applicable fee must be paid at the time the reservation is made. If more than one facility is to be used at the same time by the same individual or group, a fee must be paid for each facility to be utilized. In addition to the applicable fee to use the facility, a deposit of $250 is also required to be paid at the time the reservation request is submitted to the clerk.
   (C)   The fee may be waived by the Clerk-Treasurer, on a case by case basis at the time of the reservation request, if the event or program is open to the general public at no charge, or if it is sponsored by The Kelleys Island School or held for or by its students, or if it is sponsored by the Kelleys Island Fire Department, EMT's or their auxiliary organization, Board of Trustees of Public Affairs, the Kelleys Island Chamber of Commerce, the Kelleys Island Landowners Association, the Kelleys Island Historical Society or any other organization or Board whose majority of its members are residents of the village.
   (D)   The Summary of Rules and Regulations attached to Ordinance 1997-O-12 are adopted and made part of the Reservation Application package. The Rules and Regulation may be changed from time to time by Council.
