§ 96.07 REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION.
   If the Mayor of the village shall determine on proper inspection by the Erie County Health Department that the sanitary condition of the site has become so unsanitary as to endanger occupants of the site or the surrounding residences, or that the sanitary facilities have become inadequate to properly protect the occupants of the site, the Mayor shall have the right to require the holder of the site within three days to set the site in proper sanitary condition. If, on written notice from the village to the holder of the permit as aforesaid, the owner or agent of the property fails or refuses to place the site in proper sanitary condition, the Mayor shall upon reinspection revoke the permit in writing and serve notice of revocation.
