§ 96.06 INSPECTION REQUIRED.
   On the issuance of the permit for a camper-van, camper-trailer, or the like, the Chief of Police or his or her designated agent, of the village shall have the authority to have the camper-van, camper-trailer or the like inspected by the proper inspecting officers of the village at any time and with reasonable notice under the circumstances. If it is found that the holder of the permit has made any false or misleading statements in his or her application for a permit, has not complied with the specifications contained in the application for a permit or a plat or map filed with the application, has placed or caused to be placed more camper-vans, camper-trailers, or the like than provided for and set forth in the application for permit, or has violated or caused to be violated any provision of this chapter, the Village Council shall have the power to revoke the permit.
