§ 96.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings ascribed to them respectively.
   CAMPER-TRAILER. Any vehicle or portable structure equipped for the road that is not self- propelled, designed as a temporary dwelling for travel, recreational, and vacation uses. This includes the various small collapsible units used for camping purposes.
   CAMPER-VAN. Any motorized, self-propelled vehicle that is equipped with a refrigeration unit for storing foods, a stove, sink, and adequate sleeping and dining facilities, intended for temporary use for travel, recreational, and vacation uses, or a like vehicle that is being used for overnight camping.
   DESIGNATED AND LICENSED CAMPING AREA. Any tract of land or premises having facilities used for camping purposes such as construction work, recreational, health, educational, sectarian, tourist picnic, or resort camp that is approved by the Board of Health and meets the standards established by Regulations HE-25-01 to HE-25-43, inclusive, of the Ohio Sanitary Code.
   OCCUPANT; BONA FIDE GUEST. Any invited person over one year of age who is living, sleeping, cooking, or eating in the dwelling of another on a temporary basis and who is not a member of the immediate family of the owner or occupant of the dwelling.
   OVERNIGHT CAMPING. Using a tent, camper-van, camper-trailer, or the like for the purposes of sleeping or eating on any site, lot, field, or tract of land either free of charge or for revenue purposes unless such site, lot, field, or tract of land is licensed for such purpose by the Board of Health.
   OWNER; HOUSEHOLDER. Any person who, alone or jointly or severally with others has:
   (1)   Legal title to any dwelling, with or without accompanying actual possession thereof; or
   (2)   Charge, care, or control of any dwelling as owner or agent of the owner. Any person thus representing the actual owner shall be bound to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
   PREMISES. Any lot, plot, or parcel of land, including the buildings or structures thereon.
   SANITATION FACILITIES. A flush water closet, a lavatory, and a bathtub or shower connected to a water and sewer system approved by the Health Commissioner.
   SOLID WASTE. Such unwanted residual solid or semi-solid material as results from industrial, commercial, agricultural, and community operations including garbage, combustible and noncombustible material, street dirt, and debris.
   TENT. Any portable shelter of cloth, plastic, canvas, or other like material that is supported by one or more poles to be used as protection from the elements and which is used for dining or sleeping purposes on a temporary basis.
