§ 94.15 UNSANITARY FOOD.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any food handler to prepare, manufacture, possess, sell, or expose or offer for sale any food which is impure, moldy, tainted, rancid, unwholesome, or otherwise unsanitary or which is adulterated or misbranded.
   (B)   The regulations of the Public Health Council governing food service operations and providing uniform sanitation standards are adopted and declared to be the standards of purity intended and required by this chapter. ('81 Code § 94.15) Penalty, see § 94.99
