(A) Salaries of village officers and Council members shall be set by the Village Council from time to time. Interested persons can obtain up-to-date salary amounts from the Clerk's office.
(B) Salaries of the Mayor, Clerk, Treasurer, and Council members, unless Council directs otherwise, shall be paid quarterly on or about January 1, March 1, July 1, and October 1, of the year within which the officer or Council member serves in his respective capacity. In addition, the Clerk/Treasurer shall be entitled to participate in any group health insurance plan which Council has procured for its other employees.
(C) All other salaries and wages, unless otherwise determined by this section or elsewhere in the code, shall remain as now established.
