(A) Miscellaneous charges not otherwise provided for include, but are not limited to:
(1) Recording of cemetery deed or affidavit, $10;
(2) Record search:
(a) Initial charge for two names, $10;
(b) Each additional name, $5.
(B) Miscellaneous charges not covered in this section or another part of this chapter shall be invoiced out at the discretion of the Board of Cemetery Trustees.
