(A) (1) Miscellaneous charges not otherwise provided for include, but are not limited to:
(2) Recording of cemetery deed or affidavit, $10;
(B) Miscellaneous charges not covered in this section or another part of this chapter shall be invoiced out at the discretion of the Board of Cemetery Trustees.
