(A)
That as of January 1, 1989, all grave spaces of the village cemetery are to be sold and/or transferred at the rate of $800 per space; $600 for the lot and $200 to be deposited in the Perpetual Care Fund, pursuant to R.C. § 759.12. Furthermore as of August 11, 2022, all grave spaces of the village cemetery are to be sold and/or transferred at the rate of $1,100 per space; $800 for the lot and $300 to be deposited in the Perpetual Care Fund pursuant to R.C. § 759.12.

(B) Any person who has purchased a cemetery lot prior to the enactment of Ordinance No. 289, May 3, 1979, where the perpetual care fee has not been paid, shall be indebted to the Cemetery Board in the amount of $300 payable at the time of interment for deposit in the Perpetual Care Fund.
