§ 116.02 DEPOSIT INTO STREET CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR FUND.
   All moneys and receipts which are derived from the enforcement of this section shall be credited and paid into a separate fund, which fund shall be known as the Street Construction, Maintenance and Repair Fund. All moneys and receipts credited to such Fund shall be used for the sole purpose of repairing streets, avenues, alleys, and lanes within the village.
