(A) Effective January 1, 2024, owners of vehicles used for the transportation of persons or property, for hire and for use within the village, shall pay by June 15 of each year, an annual, nontransferable vehicle license fee for each vehicle as follows:

(B) In addition to the vehicle license fee above, owners subject to this section shall also provide the following information, on or before June 15 of each calendar year, in writing to the Clerk/Treasurer for each vehicle subject to division (A) of this section:
(1) Vehicle identification number;
(2) License plate number;
(3) Proof of registration with the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; and
(4) Any other information as may be designated in writing by the Mayor.
