(A) That any employee or any person who is engaged in service for the village, whether it be as an employee or volunteer be required to recompense the village for all monies expended for training, compensatory time and any tuition costs, if they leave the village or are terminated for any reason within one year of from the time the monies are expended. Said reimbursement may be waived at the discretion of the Mayor.
(B) The department heads are hereby directed to have all personnel under their control execute an agreement as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached to Ord. 2023-O-04.
