§ 153.07 BOND FOR CHANGES; POSTING AND RETURN.
   The applicant for a permit required by § 153.02 shall post with the Clerk-Treasurer either cash money or a bond, approved by the Village Solicitor as to form and executed by the applicant as principal and by a compensated surety company as surety, in an amount, estimated by the Village Engineer, equal to the actual cost of carrying out the action proposed to be taken by the applicant, in accordance with the plans and profiles as approved by the Village Engineer. The estimate of cost by the Village Engineer shall be conclusive. Such cash or bond shall be returned to the applicant by the Clerk-Treasurer upon receipt from the Village of Engineer of a certificate stating that the work done or action taken under such permit has been done or taken in accordance with the plans and profiles.
