§ 153.05 PERMIT FOR CHANGES REQUIRED.
   Any person wishing to divert, obstruct, drain or otherwise vary the location, direction, size or capacity of any drainage ditch, depression or other conduit for the drainage of water or sewage situated within any street within the village shall first obtain a permit from the Village Engineer to do so.
