(A) No fee shall be charged for all first inspections and permits issued by the Fire Department. If the business is not in compliance, the Fire Chief will cause to be issued a written response to the applicant describing what corrective measures need to betaken.
(B) Upon re-inspection, if the applicant has made the necessary corrections per order of the Fire Chief a permit shall be issued. If the corrections are not made the applicant shall pay a $50 re-inspection fee.
(C) Upon a subsequent re-inspection of a business that fails to comply, with the written order of the Fire Chief the applicant will be charged a re-inspection fee as follows:
(1) Non-compliance with a third inspection $100
(2) Non-compliance with a forth inspection $300
