§ 34.16 ADOPTING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES.
   Upon recommendation of the Chief of Police the Village Council does hereby adopt the policy and procedure for the use of force as succinctly stated in Ordinance 2010-O-8, Exhibit A, passed 4-17-10 incorporated herein as if fully rewritten.
