(A) In accordance with R.C. 735.271 there is hereby created the position of Village Administrator. The salary of the Village Administrator shall be established by ordinance and payable in 12 equal installments.
(B) The Village Administrator shall have those powers, duties, and functions as provided by the laws of the state.
(C) After the effective date of this section, the appointment of the Village Administrator by the Mayor and his confirmation by the Council, the Board of Trustees of Public Affairs shall be abolished in accordance with R.C. 735.272.
