§ 97.12 PROHIBITIONS ON COMMERCIAL HELICOPTERS.

(A) All helicopters used for any commercial activity for profit or charity are hereby required to land and take off on Kelleys Island Airport property only.

(B) The Kelleys Island Port Authority is hereby requested to adopt rules and regulations concerning the use of Kelleys Island Airport for helicopter rides.
