§ 51.07 DEPOSIT OF REFUSE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to dispose of any material or refuse in or around the village disposal facility other than in the compactor facility or other device placed in service for the collection of refuse. All garbage shall be placed in plastic bags for disposal. The Transfer Station cannot accept any motorized vehicles or trailers nor will it accept any fish guts. Further, no person shall place or deposit or permit to be placed or deposited garbage, offal, or other putrescible refuse or vegetable, animal, fish, or fowl origin, or any other combustible or noncombustible wastes, in any street, alley, road, open excavation, abandoned well or cistern, ditch, stream, lake or body of water, or on the surface of the ground, or in any other manner deemed improper by the Department of Health within the jurisdiction of the village.
