§ 115.05 EMPLOYEE LICENSE REQUIRED.

(A) No person shall act as an employee, as defined in § 115.02, on the premises of a sexually oriented business or an adult motel without having secured a sexually oriented business employee license pursuant to this chapter.

(B) Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
