The subdivider shall pay to the County Engineer, the County Sanitary Engineer and other county departments, acting as the agent of the Village, a fee as prescribed by such departments to defray the costs of inspection, engineering services, or other services in connection with inspection and supervision of the improvements required herein. The subdivider shall notify the responsible Village official at least one week in advance of the start of construction work and the department inspection fee shall be paid upon billing. Where new street construction is involved, the Village Council concerned shall also be notified at least one month in advance of such construction.
