§ 151.102 INSPECTION.
   (A)   During construction and after completion of the required improvements, the subdivider shall request, in writing, the inspection of improvements by the responsible county officials as listed herein, where new street construction is involved. Upon completion of all improvements, the subdivider shall request, in writing, a final inspection by the County Engineer as required in R.C. § 711.091.
   (B)   During construction of sanitary sewage or water line improvements for use and maintenance by the public, the subdivider or his/her contractor shall notify the County Sanitary Engineer 48 hours in advance of installing said lines and request a County Sanitary Engineering Inspector. Upon completion of all line improvements, the subdivider or his/her contractor shall request in writing an inspection, after which the County Sanitary Engineer shall submit to the subdivider and his/her contractor a punch list of items that are not satisfactorily completed per the approved drawings and specifications, or under § 151.126 will accept the improvement. When the punch list is entirely completed, the subdivider or his/her contractor shall again request in writing an inspection. This procedure will continue until the project is satisfactorily completed per the approved drawings and specifications.
