§ 50.56 MINIMUM CHARGE UNLESS DISCONNECTED.
   The peak demand charge, as computed on the 3rd quarter billing period, will be paid whether the service is on or off. Requesting removal of the meter for the winter does not circumvent the peak demand charge.
