§ 50.49 SINGLE METER SERVING MULTIPLE ACCOMMODATIONS AND BUSINESS UNITS OF A SINGLE COMMERCIAL CUSTOMER.
   (A)   In the event that more than one accommodation or business unit of a single commercial customer is supplied water through a common meter, the billing of the water supplied shall be calculated on the aggregate quantity of water registered on the common meter. The commercial customer so effected shall pay the demand and availability charge and metered water rate as defined in § 50.01 for the supply of water provided.
   (B)   All customers supplied water through a common meter are responsible for the quantity of water supplied, furnished, passing through and registered on the respective meter, regardless of leaks, individual actual usage, or other circumstances affecting the quantity of water supplied unless attributable to fault of the village water works system.
