(A) The prices to be charged for water furnished by the Village of Kelleys Island Distribution Plant to all consumers in the village are hereby fixed as follows in Exhibit A attached to Ord. 2023-O-07 and incorporated herein if fully rewritten, to be implemented in the second quarter billing in 2023.
(B) That commencing January 1, 2024 there shall be an annual rate increase for residential, commercial and non-residential customers until duly changed by the Council.
