§ 70.55 ATTACHING TO VEHICLES; RIDING IN A GROUP.
   (A)   No person riding on any people-powered vehicle shall attach the same or himself to any vehicle on a roadway.
   (B)   Persons riding people-powered vehicles on a roadway shall ride in a single lane.
