§ 70.44 ATTACHING LICENSE STICKER.
   (A)   The Chief of Police, on issuing a people-powered vehicle license, shall also issue a license sticker bearing the license number assigned to the people-powered vehicle, the village name, and the calendar year for which issued, or the expiration date thereof.
   (B)   No person shall remove a license sticker from a people-powered vehicle during the period for which issued except upon a transfer of ownership or in the event the people-powered vehicle is dismantled and no longer operated in the village.
