(A) A fee schedule for physician services performed to the residents of and visitors to the village by the Medical Services Physician is established and incorporated by reference as if fully stated herein, a copy of which is kept on file with the Clerk's office.
(B) A fee schedule for nurse calls to the residents of and visitors to the village at private homes or other places in the village is established and incorporated by reference as if fully stated herein, a copy of which is kept on file with the Clerk's office.
