(A) A cumulative written list of all complaints and their resolution shall be maintained in each personnel file and shall remain there for the length of the employment.
(B) Oral reprimands shall be maintained in the employee's personnel file for six months from the date of issue.
(C) Written reprimands shall be maintained in the employee's personnel file for 12 months from the date of issue.
(D) Documentation supporting a suspension, demotion or discharge action shall be kept in the employee's personnel file indefinitely.
