§ 38.06 EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The "Employee Handbook of the Village of Kelleys Island, Ohio," as prepared by the Administration Committee, shall be adopted by the Council, and is expressly incorporated by reference herein. A copy of the employee handbook is on file at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.
