(A) Salaries and compensation of the following officers and employees of the village shall be paid 100% from the general fund; unless otherwise directed by Council:
(1) Police Chief and all officers and employees in the Police Department;
(2) Street Commissioner and all employees under the Street Commissioner;
(3) Airport Commissioner;
(4) Clerk of the village and all employees under the Clerk; and
(5) Village Solicitor.
(B) The Clerk of the Village Council shall do all things necessary to implement the provisions of division (A) of this section.
