(A) The schedule of fees for applications made to the Village Planning Commission is established as follows:
Special meetings | $200 |
Change of use permits | 50 |
Conditional use permits | 100 |
Zoning change permits | 100 |
Demolition fee | 25 |
Sign permit | 50 |
Excavation permit | 100 |
Annual review of conditional use permit | 25 |
Variance request | 150 |
(B) In all cases the applicant will pay, in addition to the permit fee, the cost of any required notification. The Council may, by motion, waive the fee for an application submitted to it by a department of the village or other political subdivision.
