§ 37.01 EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE.
   To the extent that manpower and equipment is available and able to provide, emergency medical service shall be provided by the village in response to a call for such services within the village, and outside of the village under the provisions of a mutual aid agreement or applicable law permitting mutual aid.
