(A) Smoking is unlawful in the following public places:
(1) Kasson City Hall;
(2) Kasson Public Library;
(3) Kasson municipal swimming pool;
(4) Kasson municipal liquor store;
(5) Kasson public works building;
(6) Kasson waste water treatment plant;
(7) Kasson Police Department; and
(8) Kasson well houses and water towers.
(B) Smoking is unlawful in any motor vehicle owned by the city.
