For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
KASSON MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL. The entire area within the fences surrounding the swimming pool, including the bath house.
SMOKING. The lighting, holding or carrying of or emitting or exhaling the smoke of a pipe, cigar, cigarette or any other lighted smoking equipment of any kind. SMOKING, for the purpose of this subchapter, is also the use of any smokeless tobacco product including, but not limited to, chewing tobacco and snuff.
