§ 113.02 FREQUENCY AND LENGTH.

It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct a garage sale in the city more than five times within a 12-month period, and no garage sale shall be held for more than three consecutive calendar days. It is specifically prohibited to sell at a garage sale any items purchased for resale.
