§ 151.238 APPEAL OF PLAT OR MINOR SUBDIVISION AMENDMENT DECISIONS.
   An aggrieved party may appeal the decision of the Town Council concerning a plat or minor subdivision record of survey amendment to district court, as provided in UCA §§ 10-9-1001 et seq. 1 , as amended.
