§ 151.237 GROUNDS FOR PLAT OR MINOR SUBDIVISION AMENDMENTS AND RECORDATION.
   (A)   Within 30 days after the public hearing, as required by UCA § 10-9-810 1 , as amended, the Town Council shall consider the petition.
   (B)   Consistent and complying with the requirements of UCA § 10-9-810 2 , as amended, and if the Town Council is satisfied that neither the public nor any person will be materially injured by the proposed vacation, alteration or amendment, and that there is good cause for the vacation, alteration or amendment, the Town Council may, by ordinance, vacate, alter or amend the plat or record of survey, any portion of the plat or survey, or any road or lot. The Town Council shall provide that any plat or survey affected by a vacation, alteration or amendment, passed by ordinance, is stamped, marked or signed, indicating approval of such action by the Town Council. The Town Council shall ensure that any approved vacation, alteration or amendment is recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
