When the town proposes to vacate, alter or amend a subdivision plat or minor subdivision record of survey, or any road or lot contained in a subdivision plat or record of survey, the Town Council shall consider the issue at a public hearing after giving the notice, as required by UCA §§ 10-9-809 et seq.
