The following information is required for a complete lot split application:
(A) A site plan showing the orientation and size of the of the original lot and the proposed split with appropriate streets and relevant physical features;
(B) A letter requesting the Town Clerk place the proposal on the Planning Commission agenda for review; and
(C) Documents for the Town Council prepared to record showing new legal descriptions of each lot (deeds).
