§ 151.134 SUITABILITY OF THE LAND.
   No land shall be subdivided for residential use which is held by the Planning Commission to be unsuitable for such use by reason of flooding or bad drainage, excessive slope, unsuitable soils, historical significance, endangered or threatened wildlife habitat, fire control, livestock trails or any feature likely to be harmful to the health, safety or welfare of the future residents in the proposed subdivision or of the community unless and until such land is rendered suitable for residential use.
