A preliminary and final plat or record of survey of the cluster subdivision showing the areas to be permanently reserved for farm uses and/or open space, and plans showing the proposed use, improvements and method of maintenance of such areas shall be approved by the Town Council, consistent with all requirements of this chapter, Chapter 152 of this code of ordinances and other applicable local, state and federal laws.
