The cluster subdivision option may be allowed in all zoning districts, at the discretion of the Town Council, following the receipt of a Planning Commission recommendation. An application for a cluster subdivision shall be considered concurrently with a preliminary subdivision application or minor subdivision application. All use requirements of the zoning district in which the cluster subdivision is located shall apply.
