§ 151.080 SITE PREPARATION OF WORK PROHIBITED.
   No excavation, grading or regrading, for the proposed minor subdivision site shall take place and no building permits shall be issued, until a proposed minor subdivision has received approval from the Town Council and the minor subdivision has been recorded in the office of the County Recorder.
