The approval of a minor subdivision shall be effective for a period of one year from the date of the approval of the Town Council, at the end of which time the applicant must have submitted the approved minor subdivision to the office of the County Recorder for recordation. If the approved minor subdivision is not recorded within the one-year period, the minor subdivision approval shall be void, and the applicant shall be required to submit a new minor subdivision application for review and approval, subject to the then existing provisions of this chapter, Chapter 152 of this code of ordinances and all other applicable local, state and federal requirements.
