§ 151.077 APPROVAL; PROCEDURES.
   Following the determination of a complete minor subdivision application by the Town Clerk, the Town Clerk shall schedule the minor subdivision application for consideration by the Planning Commission and Town Council as outlined in § 151.039 of this chapter for preliminary subdivision application.
