§ 151.076 LACK OF MINOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION INFORMATION.
   (A)   The lack of any information required for a minor subdivision application, as specified in §§ 151.071 to 151.074 of this chapter, shall be cause for the Town Clerk to find the minor subdivision application incomplete, as allowed by this section.
   (B)   A Town Clerk determination of an incomplete minor subdivision application shall be processed as an incomplete, preliminary subdivision application described in § 151.038 of this chapter.
