§ 151.075 TOWN CLERK TO DETERMINE COMPLETE MINOR SUBDIVISION APPLICATION.
   Prior to scheduling the Planning Commission review of a minor subdivision application, the Town Clerk shall determine and find that the minor subdivision application is complete and contains all application materials as required by §§ 151.071 to 151.074 of this chapter.
