§ 151.072 APPROVAL.
   An application for approval of a minor subdivision may be presented and approved by the Town Council, or authorized designee of the Town Council, in compliance with the requirements for a minor subdivision, as identified herein, and following the receipt of a Planning Commission recommendation.
