§ 151.058 NATURE AND EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF FINAL SUBDIVISION APPROVAL.
   (A)   After a final subdivision application has been approved by the Town Council, or authorized designee of the Town Council, and recorded in the office of the County Recorder, owners of lots within the recorded final subdivision plat may apply for building permits consistent with the approved final subdivision application and the requirements for a building permit.
   (B)   The approval of a final subdivision application shall be effective for a period of one year from the date the final subdivision application is approved by the Town Council, or authorized designee. If the approved final subdivision plat is not recorded within one-year period of date of approval, the final subdivision approval shall be void and the applicant shall be required to submit a new preliminary subdivision application for review and approval subject to the then existing provisions of this chapter, Chapter 152 of this code of ordinances and all other applicable local, state and federal requirements.
